How to order the ware?

You can send us your order by e-mail, fax, mail or just to call us. It isn´t necessary to fill in any order form. Just to write what would you like to order, to give remarks if any and primarily to give your contact address for us to be able to contact you.

How is our ware delivered?

The ware is transported through the land-carriage TOP TRANS. But it is possible to appoint another carrier. Naturally, we use also air or ship transport. We have also no quarrel with a personal ware withdrawal in our company in Nový Bor. 

What is included in the price?

The price per piece, given both in the price list and in our pages, is without VAT. This is included directly in the invoice. The price includes also individual boxes in which we deliver the glass.

How is the ware packed during transport?

Our glass, delivered in boxes, is packed in containers of the five-layer cardboard in the size of 60 x 40 x 40 cm. This packing is to be packed separately and is not included in the price per piece. Nevertheless, in the moment of order we can give you at least an approximate number of cartons necessary for the delivery. Before packing, it can be hardly guessed exactly.

How proceeds the payment for the ware?

In case of the personal withdrawal cash is possible, otherwise through the account. It is also possible to send cash on delivery. For new customers, we require a 50% advance payment.

What is the colour design of our glass?

On a regular basis our replicas are manufactured in green colour of the so-called forrest glass. Nevertheless, by agreement it is possible to manufacture the version in clear glass.

What is the usual delivery time?

This time is based on the number of orders we have, but generally three weeks to one month. In case of a small order (e.g. samples) the time is usually shorter but depending on the situation. If a customer requires the ware in clear glass we need to gather a higher number of such orders or to get a greater order. It is due to the one pot in our furnace, which must be changed in colour, and it is impossible for one piece.

Is it possible to send orders and questions in any other than Czech language?

Yes, it is possible, but just in the written form, either in English or German. We have all our correspondence translated, therefore we please for your patience in this case, as we answer usually within 3 days.

Could we visit your hotshop with a group?

It is naturally possible, but it is necessary to realize our glass studio isn´t too large. Therefore, we recommend groups of max. 5 to 10 persons.

Do you have a showroom where it is possible to see your products?

Yes, in our headquarters in Nový Boru all our products can bee seen in detail.

Does your company dispose stockgoods?

Unfortunately, we have stockgoods just seldom and abolutely not in the full offered assortment. All orders are custom-manufactured and thus the manufacturing time must be taken into account. We will be pleased to inform you about the time for particular orders.
